Replacement and return policy:
- The consumer has the right to replace or return the product presented to him from Lo’ta within the seven days following the date of receiving the product. He is not entitled to replace or return the product after the seven days have passed
- To replace the product, it is required that the product be in good condition and its original packaging, and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit. Lo2ta has the right to inspect the product before replacing it or returning it to ensure its safety.
- The user has the right to replace or return the product that has a clear defect and affects the final result (with the exception of molds that have a slight defect)
- If the customer does not receive the order after shipping, only the order amount will be returned, not including the shipping price
- Delivery charges are non-refundable once the product has been shipped
I no longer want the product
- If you want to return the order within the seven days following the date of receipt because you no longer want it for some reason, you will bear the costs of shipping and returning it, and we will return your money to you upon arrival of your order and verify its condition.
• We return the amount to the customer after the arrival of the product and verify its condition
The consumer is not entitled to replace or return the product in the following cases
- If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession by the consumer.
- 7 days after receiving the product
